Durable Aluminium Construction
The system is manufactured entirely from 100% aluminium profiles. Electrostatic powder-coated surfaces, optional RAL colour selections and anodised finishes provide long-term durability. Stainless-steel fasteners ensure maximum resistance to outdoor conditions, and internal steel reinforcement is applied in larger span requirements.
Safety Glass & Insulated Glazing Solutions
The system uses toughened, laminated, or toughened-laminated safety glass as standard.
20 mm Low-E insulated glazing units provide solar control and excellent thermal insulation.
Alternative infill options include 21 mm sandwich panels and UV-protected 20 mm polycarbonate.
Panels can open up to 75%, and structural glazing ensures a fully waterproof exterior surface.
Motorised Operation & Integrated Lighting
The roof operates with a remote-controlled motor, offering effortless daily use. Each panel is equipped with its own motor, allowing independent panel control. Integrated LED lighting is built into the profile structure. Smart automation, sensor integration and compatibility with interior/exterior blinds or awning systems are available.
Water, Air & Thermal Management
Hidden gutters and internal drainage channels within the rail profiles provide 100% waterproofing.
Condensation drainage channels are included.
Low-E and UV-filter glazing reduces solar heat gain.
The system meets NS-EN 12207 Class 4 air-tightness standards and is engineered for reliable performance in all weather conditions.
Dimensions & Structural Capacity
Maximum forward projection is 5 m, extendable to 7 m with internal steel reinforcement. Minimum projection is 1.5 m. Façade length can be manufactured without limitation. Module widths range from 120–175 cm. In gable (twin-pitch) systems with a structural steel ridge, spans of 14 metres and above can be produced. All dimensions are calculated according to project-specific structural engineering requirements.
Optional Enhancements
Wind, rain and temperature sensors; infrared or electric heating units; interior/exterior roof blinds and awning systems; and sliding or guillotine glass walls can all be integrated. Up to four façade glass wall systems may be combined within the structure.
All optional systems can be connected to smart control and automation upon request.
